understanding an email, iv tried and tried to read this but still dont get it lol

I just modifte my pump too but i head a litil problem , when i give a kick down the engine geve me less power then i give 3/4 of the governer i modifite the taper of the shuft too did you have the same problem ? it works butefuly , i make it on a 17dti (4EE1 izuzu engine ) well done man . i hope to here from you

I gather when he puts his foot to the floor he's dropping power, but at 3/4 throttle its ok...

maybe its something to do with it being a diesel,

3000rpm, drop it down, to 5000rpm, no power lol

well i think by the sounds of it, hes only adjusted the fueling and not the boost,
