All depends how well the jobs have been done, only costs about ?15 for a rolling road so stick it on and find out!

?15? hhm, maybe if you went as a club for a simple power shootout then maybe ?15, but if u go alone prices start from around ?50 upto ?150ish to set up carbs etc, and u get your bhp printout.

170-180 sounds about right

I got a garage about 3 miles away from me and after ive stuck something new on the car i take it up to them and they stick it on the rollers and give me a printout for ?15

He did say he only wants to know the BHP and that the engine is setup

I'd say a bit more than 180bhp mate, the Astra GTE's that Vauxhall raced in the late 80's/early 90's in the BTCC were red top 2L 16V's with a set of Weber 45's only and they were producing about 175bhp.
