engine timing

right because of my none start i pressume my timing is out, basically got a piper rally cam on a gte engine. tried swapping the cam between engines but obvioulsy hasnt worked cos she's a none runner. does anyone have the info for dialling in the piper rally cams? cheers

Which cam is it?
It should/will start on standard timing marks.
