how do the rear window surrounds come off do you just pull them off or are they screwed on.

kinda wedged into the window rubber along with the glass.

Remove window and rubber. The trim will stay on the car if it's never been disturbed before, theres some gluey crap sticking them on on most I've removed. Just carefully pull it away.

Yea the glass is held in by the rubber seal around it, it is tight to get out but not impossible. when you re fit the glass, fit the seal to the glass and tie a piece of string around the seal fairly tight and then get someone to hold the glass in position on the outside of the car and pull the string from around the seal from the inside of the car and yer done! simple huh? lol
