Makes a Funny noise and am lost!!!

my 1.2 is fooked!!!!!
i developed a missfrie an changed leads plugs an coils done compression test it was fine looked in rocker cover all ok so i decided to drive it home an it died!!!!

i have now found the pointer on the tensioner was showing wrong and the timing is out!!!!

after scratching my head for hours i found the timing 2 degrees out but now it sounds like a con rod is loose in the block!!!!!

Help please!!!!!!

Drain the oil, take the sump off and find out.

Do you have an 1.2 ST engine? If so, It WILL survive a timmingbelt faliure! Turn the engine round by hand, and get a good look at the teeth of the timingbelt. I think that your's is missing a couple of teeth. replacement of the belt is very simple and cheap!

thx belt seems pretty good gonna take the sump off an maybe rip the head off it depends what i can see up there really!!!
