As most of you will know that a Ecotec engine's ECU has a built in immobilser wich unless you have a donor car can be a swine, as you need the chip out the key and the reader... Well when i was trying to get round this i was being told that there was no way around this. But have now found out a company that can rewire the ECU around the immobilser. So if you are having problems contact me and will give you there details.
