webber 40's or 45's?

in the new year i will be putting either twin 40's or 45's. My mates trying to sell me a set of twin 40's which were jetted for a 2.0 8v manta. The engine there goin on is a c20ne so im wondering which set to go for and which set will give the best results?

depends what sort of spec engine your going......... standard the 40's will be fine

/\/\ will have an exhaust, cam, arp bolts and lightend and balanced bottom end, dunno about the head yet possibley ported and polished.

Twin 40s probably best for road use.
They will restrict top power, but give better low down/torque, which is better for road use.
