removing ae replceing rear windows/surrounds

i want to remove my rear windows complete with surrounds
what is the best method to do it?

i want to replace the rear windows with perspex items without the surrounds how do i just fit the window with out the surround an make it water tight ?

Windows just push out from the inside, just lift up the rubber lip all the way round then push it out, the surrounds will then just pull off.
The perspex windows will (should) just refit with your std surrounds / rubbers.
