View Full Version : help/advice
i had an argument with my pal because when i get my nova i will lower it 60mm front
90mm back
so i need some advice.
1. what rear arch work will be needed
2.will i get up a curb with a laguna front splitter
3. where will i get the springs
and does anyone know the standard ride height of a nova
cheers craig
1. Depends on wheel size and width. Will probably need at least rolling though.
2. Depends on wheel/tyre size.
3. Fronts, just about everywhere does 60mm springs. Rears, try coilsprings.co.uk

you should turret the rear suspension really,.. at -90mm, using o.e set up/pigtail springs - the rear beam may well be sitting about 3cm away from hitting the floor of the car - thats at stand still.. Make sure its a tough set of rear springs n shocks, lol...
You gonna use the car everyday??
i will use the car everyday and it should be running 15" or 16" wheels with a 3" back box
in an old total vauxhall issue there was a corsa lowered 60/90 using corsa stock rod springs from a corsa stock car, will they fit a nova if so i could get them i would polybush the whole lot with a gsi anti-roll bar.
