xe bottom pulley

does any one no how to get bottom pulley off because all the 6 little star drive bits have no bits in it they have all bin rounded off and the big bolt that goes through the middle is so fcuking tight.

could some one give me an idea how to get it off cheers

You'll have to drill them out and replace them.

I weld nuts over the heads of the small and large heads, that gets them out, will need a big nut for the centre one though.

Tap them round with a chisel and replace them with the later type bolts

The middle main nut is done up to a mental tightness, like 200 nm or something high.
Get a decent breaker bar on it

i have just got breaker bar on it and it took about 5 turns then it when loverly

oh just one thing does any one no where i can get nova engine mounts for my xe or up rated ones what ever

i have looked there but they seem really expencive and are they solid mounts cause i have seen a few novas with them and they have bin pulled apart

Fine if shell is prepared right(stitch welded etc)
