They all need modding to fit onto a nova system.

i.e. the bottom of the manifold, where it connects to the Nova exhaust, will need chopping and welding to the Nova exhaust.

You'll also need engine mounts, injection fuel tank and lines.

Wise to stitch weld the engine bay too. I had a plating kit fitted as well, a bit overkill for a road car but better to be safe than sorry IMO (plus the roads round here are crap lol)

Oh, and put some decent brakes and suspension on it :thumb:

You can get the engine mounts and whole fitting kit from here http://www.chrisastleymotorsport.com/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=2627&osCsid=53bc88998b32d25f8bef5e2e28393249 , his stuff is very good quality and afaik no-one has had any issues with him. He is also very competetively priced!

The shafts have to be 22spline, most gsi ones aren't.
Yeah the tank and pump is ok.

www.valvers.com (http://www.valvers.com) there is a conversion guide there mate, the wiring is dead simple! It is 4 wires to get the car started, and a few more for the dials!

No You cant you need to get the motercross drive shafts and new hubs or you can use nova gte or gsi drive shafts with 22 splines and cav mk2 inner cvs which go into the f16 or f20 gearbox that way you can use the outer nova cvs that you alrady have on your car

been on to chris astley website the conversion kit for ?280 has shafts and hubs. does this mean ican use the cv joints off the astra gte 16v and put them on the new shafts, and of course once i press in the new hubs these cvs will fit the nova.hopefully your gona say yes.

Yes you can use the astra inner and outer cv off astra with the hub and drive shaft kit.

Whne it comes to f16 or f20

the 16 means 160 bhp and the 20 means 200bhp

i am thinking of using a f16 and the 0to 60 times will be good but i will lose top end.
f20 is more for top end speed but a good all round gearbox
