i was woundering who to make twin fog euro rear lights with clear indicators

As in bottom half clear, top half red? They'll be a custom job. You'll need to chop out the bottom section of a standard lamp and glue in the bottom half of a clear one.

[edit] oops, you said twin fog lol... in that case, just mask and paint some clears.
