iv lost all spark and fuel, iv tested the CPS and think its ok, so want to test the fuel pump relay and ecu

can someone post up or tell me what number pins on the ECU do the CPS and the fuel pump and what ones are the live and earth, if someone has the hole lot it would be loads better.
