speed sensor on f20?

as my much earlier thread my speedo is not working. i have been told that there is a sensor that screws into the gear box with teeth on and as my speedo (digi dash) dosent work i am guesing these have shred due to the fact that it stsrted mising a few readings and behaved as you would expect it to with shreding teeth. where do you get them from does anyone have a part number? pretty desprate as i go caught speding the other day (not that i can blame the spedo as it was 92. DICK HEAD) but there you go. sory for type erors infra ghey keyboard

Follow the speedo cable to the box, the speedo sender will unscrew with the gear on it, if thats intact then take the diff cover off and check that the speedo ring on the diff is intact and in place.
