i have a c20xe engine in my shed with no loom or ecu and lots of other bits missing but i have just got a standard set of let pistons, standard exhaust manifold and turbo loom and ecu i also got top hat and some pipes.
i was told i needed to put oil/water (not sure witch) feeds to the turbo so i got this done off some one thats done it before.
so i was wondering if there was any thing else i might need
all comments welcome

ps i am going to pick a eds intercooler and pipes up off a nova to night

will need to tap an oil feed into the block...

cam's are different..
can use the inlet cam of an xe, but will need a veriner pully so you can fine tune the timing for it

You will need the LET air flow meter and throttle body as well. Also need yellow injectors and 3 bar fuel regulator.

the XE's came with 3 bar fuel regulators (well 90% of them)

Only ones i've had that did were the dispack ones. All the dizzy ones I have had have had 2.5 bar regs.

must be unlucky then, only ever seen one 2.5 bar reg an that was one that I bought off ben ages ago. Ive dismantled hundreds of c20xes and they have all had 3 bar reg on

2.5 bar reg up to a certain chassis then a 3 bar reg onwards and have also seen loads of xe's running cream injectors with a 3 bar reg(that are standard)
