bare in mind that the fronts will be fitted much further out than before and straight. really cant decide which looks best :(

deffo with , but as you said a bit further out,

its also worth noting that mudflaps for a nova and a mk4 astra have the same part number , you could always get new ones if needed :thumb:

i fitted them again after that pic and were further out and looked alot better. just unsure if i want them back on or not.

i wasnt aware you could buy these flaps new at vauxhall anymore, whether it be nova or an astra?

ye the floor Lol. i cant put them higher. i had the insert bit on the flap touching the skirt. would look weird if i had them higher.

Look good. They nearly always scrape with bigger alloys & lowered suspension. Scraping on the ground is cool!

You cant get the dealer stickered type ones anymore (fakes on ebay), just the plain Black Vauxhall badged ones from GM dealers.

That wheel arch needs work!

Another vote to keep them.

Flaps are on my list of things to do on the saloon, but they won't be Vaux or GM Dealersport ones ;)

ye didnt think you could buy them from vaux. i got the dealer sport ones off ebay, got 2 pairs.

the actual wheel arch is fine, its just the paintwork, the whole car needs a respray!

The mudflaps usually rub the tyre tread in my experince. Once you know what the sound is, its not a problem IMO.

i know exactly what the sound was Lol, def hits the floor. never bothered me but i dread to think what people think it is whilst standing outside the car.

can you still buy the front ones that have the metal clamps from vauxhall?

The last set i got were a bit different and have to be screwed on, thats ok on the back but not for the front,

if you can still get em has any1 got a part number?

I'd keep them - Makes the car look complete

MK4 Astra ones from the Vauxhall garage fit Nova's - I have them :)

I'd have them on purely to keep as much dirt as possible from getting inbetween the skirts and sills, anything that helps cut down the risk of rust is worth-while imo
