16v conversion engine mounts?

Right all i need to know is what do i actually have to do to the osf and the rear mount for the engine to fit do i have to cut the old mount off or will the new 1 just bolt to the old mount?? im not sure what kit im using yet probably a courtneay 1?? also do can i used my old 1.2 gear linkage or do i have to use the xe 1 s?? cheers Nobby:confused: :thumb:

ive seen a few different ones where they have cut the mount and lowere it 1 and a half inch i think, or there is this way
