Thing with that Astra Nick, is that the wider tyres are on the back.

Correct me if i'm wrong but it's front engined, front wheel drive [FF]…?

Those wheels (well covers) are mooneyes, the company also make uber cool car and bike bits, have a record braking land speed record and make their own fuel ;)
