Must be a very lightweight car, as thats quite a low terminal speed for the 1/4 time it did.

He pulled a 1.74 60ft time thats amazing for a fwd, If I could do that Id be well into the 11s. Whats the engine spec anyway?, if its without nitrous that is good going.

ive just watched it again and it is rwd. look at the smoke from the rear

The setup looks FWD i.e. rear jacked up and solid with skinny wheels. Although off the mark there seems to be a puff of smoke from the rear, but that could have came from the exhaust. If it was RWD I would have expected skinny wheels on the front and bigger ones on the rear.

However I don't follow the 1/4 mile stuff at all. Going to rewatch it.

there used to be some old skool german Opel Corsa A site, and i found a link from there to a tunning company that build engines to silly high spec's just to sell, they included delivery into europe, range was from 1.4 8v/16v upto silly high power LET engines, silly like 600bhp. I cant for the life of me remember the site tho

Try harder!!:D

Just looked again and I think that its silly stripped out, as in autograss silly. RuningFWD but with feck all at all in the rear apart fron whats needed to hold the wheels on.

EDIT: Sometimes google is just too good

Trouble with that is its almost getting to the point where its almost a 'funny' car. Just nova outer panels over a spaceframed chassis.
