hazard light start

i got into my mates 1lt life and took the hazard switch out and turned it round..and the ignition lights came on...ive heard loadsa people talkin bout it...so how do i rewire it so it doesnt or sort it so it doesnt.......talk to me....

This happens cause there is permanent feed going to the hazards, so when you turn it the feed is being diverted back to the ignition, i could explain how to do it but... there is a guide on Colin Smith's website wich is www.novarally.co.uk and go to mods and then hazards there is a comprehensive guide with photos for guidance, its very easy to do.
