looks ok, looks like a pretty clean wee nova.. i dont like the wheels or the tinted windows though.

Dont look to bad, nice and clean but i think it would look better with other wheel take the tints out and spray the gte on the gril badge silver

Nope, but the law is so finiky about tints you're best off running without. Those tints look to be right on the legal level, and being on a GTE which has tinted glass as std, that means they're probably over the limit.

Rear lights are definitely illegal though, well an MOT failure - no red reflector.

Thats very strange as ive just spotted a calypso red gte round here with those same wheels i think, only difference is no tints i thought it was the same one at first lol!

im slowly but surely making her original again wheels now off(standard steelies on sprayed black) lights out(rear tinted items)

any of you got the 2 door windows for the gte/gsi(slightly tinted to standard items)ive got the quarters

regarding front tints, you're only allowed a 30% tint as the law states that the front windows have to let 70% of light in. even the lightest shade of tint you can buy from halfrauds etc is too dark, as i found out when mr plod kindly slapped a ?30 fixed penalty on me!!

sorry to hear that m8 i know there illeagal but it was all i could find after some jelous prick decided to put most of them in....
im after the 2 door windows then i can put the set in as i have the rest of them now aprt from windscreen and 2 door windows(gsi/gte items)any one got these:thumb:

the window tint should be able to be taken off the glass youve got i think.You could try that first as would of only been stuck on in the first place.
As for your GTE the best colour i would say so.

hey i only relised when i went through a few of the total vauxhall mags that id seen your car before(yeah ive also got the mag and must of read about it 2/3timeslol)very sweet motor for 1500 quids worth of work its exactly how i want mine to be

the ****y tints are out at long last and replaced with genuingte items(slight tinted)wheels are off and steelies back on cleaned and sprayed black(for the time being untill i find a decent second hand set of speedline alieso)rear tinted lights also out and replaced with original items,so im getting therelol

gutted just had some women hit me on the passenger side wing(panel damage only):cry: so now i need to replace that aswell as the drivers side wing(which i have new)and the door(looking for mint door) both suffering from rust/rot,this is where you chaps may come in handy im then looking to have the car resprayed in its original colour(outside only as inside is like new) anyone out there to give me a price
