retrimming mk2 foam headrests

I'm retrimming me nova in a couple of weeks (one of many tasks...) and cannae work out how the foam headrests from the mk2 come apart.

Are they con clips or are there any secret hidden screws ne where?

Looking at using a grey suede type material but want to have the thin recess line running around the middle?

Ne u guys done this/help?

The line around the edge is a pair of plastic clips which the fabric is held in between.
Nothing more.

Use a screwdriver and carefully lever it out.

Getting in the new trim is exactly the same. Just be careful.
