Whats the lowest offset can be done with out any arch modifications? For instance this would be with a reasonable drop and 14"/15" alloys. Tyres would be as low of profile that I can get too and the alloys would be between 6"/7" wide.

Or have i too many questions in there? lol

6" wide you could probably get away with going down to perhaps 42mm; I've run et38 on a 6.5" wheel lowered 60F/50R but that was with rolled rear arches and it wasn't perfect.

7" would be a bit of a pain in the rint to lower without scrubbage unless you have near solid suspension.

7" is too wide with et49 tbh. The golden rule is stay to et 45 - 49 if you want minimal hassle.

Stray too far from this or use wide wheels & you are going to get vague steering which has a mind of its own anyway. You have been warned.

7J are way too wide for no mods.

49mm wont work with 7inch as it catches on he inside (infact i dont think i know of any 7inch wide wheels that come in 49mm offset), antthing in over 6.5" tends to go to 45mm so it doesnt catch on the inner arches, shocks etc.

38mm will not only scrub, but will look uber gey and wear out ur bearings too.
