fitted my new sri drivers seat into my nova tonight and the left side (as you sit in the seat) wobbles up and down..
why is this? my old seat never done that. Any ideas?

check that both plastics match on the seat you put in and the 1 you took out they act like spacers some novas have the black plastic covers on the
mounts and others have white plastic pieces on the base of the seat

also check you put the small securing clip back in on the outer mount

The subframe isnt connected to the chassis properly, or the seat isnt connected to the subframe properly.

is it possible to fit SRI front seats into a merit model.. i have been trying for about an hour or so and had no luck..
the subframes on the seat seem to be different?

yeah they go in i put gsi seats in my merit and there the same subframes as the sri ones
put the front of the seat in at the back then just slide it forward should just all fall in to place.

They do fit, pull the lever so the seat tilts forward, hook the back of the subframe into the bits on the chassis then pull the subframe forward until you can bolt it in at the front :thumb:.
I bet you haven't fitted the plastic rail covers?
If you dont fit those the edge of the seat can move, making it wobble.

got them in now, all in nicely. ws putting them on the rails wrong..
