bought a 2.0 8v nova dropped 60mm (shocks and springs)
and well after bringing it back 25mile ish my arms couldnt take it anymore
and its putting me off driving it i know it gonna be stiffer dropped but
not like this, not really interested in power steering (help !)
how can i solve it?

Are the tyres inflated enough?
Jack the front end up and see if its still stiff.

My GSi was always really heavy on the steering, even when dropped -25mm compared to a mates -60mm XE.
When I removed my rack for the restoration, it was really stiff & notchy to turn. I think the rack was past it tbh.

I've got power steering now, not used it yet.
Get a new/recon rack.
Aye, sounds like the racks fooked.
Lack of grease etc.
