Do I spot a JDM Celica rear number plate surround there?
How the fcuk do you work on any car with a garage in that fcuking state!
EDIT: Post #2, fourth pic down, Vectra v6 inlet manifold. Infront of parafin bath in that box, you want to sell it as i know someone who's after one ;)
I thought they had cleared up after 7/7 lol
Do I spot a JDM Celica rear number plate surround there?
Aye its certainly a Celica one, dont know what JDM is but we broke a 1995/6 2.0l 16v one about 6 months ago lol
lol I know where everything is.
We only work on 2 cars at a time which have designated spaces which are clear the rest are parked as tight as possible to pack them in. Can get 16 cars in the workshop, 5 in the small yard and 12 in the bottom yard lol
Jack
Can you spot the doors and spoiler too lol
lol just noticed those; spoiler is first pic top left, doors in the third pic :D
Spoiler looks like a early spec one (no middle support bar from spoiler to tailgate, joins to the tailgate lid right at the edges) - could well be fair demand for that on Celica Club as they fit the raiser blocks. The rear plate surround, JDM = Japanese Domestic Market, its a taller, rectangular shape to fit the japanese number plates. Again, quite often find people looking to fit those to their UK Celicas.
Yes spoiler is that style with no middle bracket, why would people want to make there uk sepc look like an import? Madness
Engines in the imports any better than uk spec?
I know, I prefer the UK surround myself but some people just love teh japness too much lol
Engines... depends which one. The early 3S-FE is only ~140bhp iirc, so not worth a lot; the later 3S-GE is more like the UK spec and around 170bhp. If its a very late BEAMS engine you're sat on a goldmine :D
Can see it there, bet its the ****e one! lol
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y228/lurk75/056.jpg
The 3S-FE (140bhp) will say 2.0 16 VALVE on the rocker cover and TOYOTA + logo on the inlet manifold.
The 3S-GE (170bhp) will say 2000 TWINCAM 16 on the inlet manifold.
Judging by the pic I reckon that looks like the 3S-GE engine :thumb:
will check when go into yard in a moment, Any Gen on RAV4 engines LMFAO
What about these lol

So where you moving to?
Judging by the pic I reckon that looks like the 3S-GE engine :thumb:
