best breaks to use for sr

what breaks would be best for a 1.4 sr with cam and lots of other bits done to the engine???

been told cav breaks but also been told 2.0let breaks
2.0 let calipers and fiat coupe disks so they stay 4 stud

any idea?????

256mm Diameter Astra GTE/GSi, Cav GSi, Calibra 16v's etc

They'll stop any Nova, SR/GTE/GSi or XE with ease

Cheap too. Widely used set up & was THE only upgrade other than 4 pots etc upto about 5 years ago, before V6 stuff became common.

15's and about ?100 i'd say

Definately the 256x24mm jobbies as said above then, you can probably get the discs, pads and calipers from a scrappy for about half that, then stick some new pads on with the change.
