would say your head gasket is gone

not always the head gasket as my turbo engine id the same thing and i did the head gasket but was still the same and it turned out that the water pump was the problem as it had melted the fins off the inside of it and the water wasn't get around the engine

Flush out all the coolant, check again after a few days.

Get a compression test done ;)

Agree flush coolant, renew antifreeze solution etc & run it up to temp parked facing up a hill with the header cap off, this will help purge out any air locks.
