hi all
can i put 2 batterys on my nova iv seen it done but do i need somthink to do it??

yes you can i had 2 on my 1.5d nova. i put the other one in my boot and used cooker wire to join them up

do you just take a feed of the other battery

Yes you can, the simple way is just to link the positive terminals to one another, and the negative terminals to the chassis, using very thick cable (butcher some jump leads?).

If you're thinking of doing it for mechanical reasons, just get a bigger battery thats intended for a diesel, but make sure your battery tray is strong, or fit it in the boot.

if you're thinking of doing it for amps/subs etc.., then you'll need a split charge circuit aswell, so that the amps only draw from their battery when the engine isnt running, and so that the car only starts of its battery.

thats what i was going to use it for am amp / sub etc because mine kills the battery lol
