Paint code....

Right i went to order some paint today for me nova to spray some bit's that need it, basicly they found the colour which is Toscana Red or what ever but their is 3 different shades according to their logs so they couldn't mix it up for me :(

How do i know which shade is mine.?

Vin plate, colour code, give them that.

78L is the Vauxhall code and the one they'd be most likely to need.

You will have to see which shade it is with the colour chips that they should have. There is proberbly a standard shade, light shade and a blue shade. What paint is it they are using?

Yeah thats Toscana Red. E567 is the Opel colour code, 78L is the Vauxhall code. Same colour.

Ok went to Halfrauds to get some paint mixed up and they said ok leave it with us... So 1 hour later i comes back and expects it done and they told me they didn't have the paint to mix it with so i thought ok then i will go BMS so went there and asked if they could do it and they tell me monday will be the earliest they can tell me if they can mix it...

So yeah am pissed off because you just can't get the service these days...

Ideally i wanted the paint today so i could get the nova out in the sun and paint whatever needs painting but instead it's another week off!
