got some 16v calipers from the scrappy the other day and forgot to ask what car they were from so i can buy pads, the gm code is: FN52/241 does anybody know what car there off?

All 16v calipers should be the same unless you didnt get pukka ATE 16v ones.

16v refers to those from a Cav, Astra GTE 16v/GSi, Calibra etc

256mm discs x 24mm thick & again pads to suit those vehicles listed.

i'm tryin to get in touch with the scrappy but no look yet, vectra rings a bell though, would they be 16v or v6?

No mate, the '16v' calipers arent used new by Vauxhall for ages now, a '16v' Vectra would actually have 288mm 'V6' brakes on it. LOL (confusing)

[edit] the Vectra will be 5 stud, so discs need re-drilling to 4 & spigot rings to align the disc on the nova hub.

Here they are before I fitted them, new GM discs & pads cost ?50 through trade club which is damn cheap!

unfortunately my photo bucket isnt working so cant upload the photo of them, ive got 256 grooved disks to go on which are four stud and bought these the other day to match them. mine look abit shorter than yours though would this mean there 16v?
