Wastegate?

How can you tell which is a good wastegate? and does anyone know what the sizing is for? is it for the diameter off the inlet from the turbo?

only things thta can happen to the wastegate is they can crack, or sorry the housing it sits in an thus not holdnig boost or the penny valve just falls off an holds no boost.

well do you know what the diamter size is for?

it will no doubt be a certain ratio to the turbo outlet, as if its not big enough then the boost will continue to increase even when fully open
