SFI box and nova interface?

Im looking at putting the SFI box back on my XE nova rather than this gash ecotak poo tube thing with bangin pipercross init! But what is actually involved in getting one on in a nova engine bay? Just push the bulkhead back a bit? Also can i get a standard looking airbox to fit? Or atleast get one similar to fit e.g. GSI/GTE with panel filter or even the pipercross inside (just think it looks a lot tidier)

for the sfi box you can fit a astra gte one.the one off a 20xe tho.you will see the difference in them.one has lines going across the gte one has square pattern on as it is smaller.

Not a chance with the powercap i think they look worse! (no affence to anyone who has one!)

Im pretty sure the engine i have is a 20xe and not the c20xe, ill check documents for the car the engine came from later on.

So the Astra one would be eisier to fit?

both type's fit fine, i had both on my old nova...

just pushed the bulkhead back slightly

I used to have an early XE that came with the same SFi box, only way to fit it is to bend the bulk head panel back a bit, don't think theres any difference 'size wise' to the later Cav ones.
I chopped a section off the back of mine then sealed it back up with a strip of plastic and silicone but it ended up falling to bits ... ended up making a power cap type thing and using the Ecotech pipe off the Vecra's, didn't notice any differnce (better or worse) than the SFi box.
