hello How do u know if the water pump is working ?

and were is the thermostat?

Err, there is water being pumped around, they can be noisy lol

The thermostat is on the left end (as you look in the engine bay from the front) of the cylinder head. It has a cover over it to which the front water hose (S shape) connects from your radiator.
