right people the wife has just got her new laptop with vista installed,
she's tried downloading .mp3s from the hmvdigital website but it comes up with an error message saying background intelligent transfer serices (bits) is disabled so have a look in the settings an it's clearly enabled and started.:confused:
i've googled it an peolple have had the same problem but there is no answer to it atm,
I've tried running an update from microsoft site but this says it's not required
anyone have any idea about vista an how to cure it??
