the main question is, how the hell did i snap that tree trunk of a shaft on a std saloon, when my pencil thick ones on the nova TD have never even moaned lol

is it a 406 dturbo that you own? if so what speed does it do at 3k rpm? just out of interest

Nova ones are made of steel, french ones are made from onions and wasp spit :D.

lol ive done exactly the same fella.but snapped it both ends.if you can get hold of a motorsport shaft which will fit a xe in a corsa with f20 box.drop us a pm. cheers

in 5th, i have a 306 d turbo and it sits at 80mph at 3k rpm but people say the 406 d turbo gearbox is higher ratio thats why im asking
