I hate minis right to the back teeth, but whilst we're on the subject this is my mate's Turbo, think its a 1380 running safely at 130bhp

Take out the cage and spray the wheels gold and it's a spitting image of my mates old one.... just minter.

i used to love minis myself.......

a mate had acompletely standard looking 1 about 10 years ago

a 1981 mini city
just basic blue.......standard interior....10 inch wheels(coopers reverse rims)

there wasnt even plastic arches on it

he'd a 1340.......nicely tweeked metro turbo engine in it...

talk about a sleeper....haha...

was hard on gearboxes though

Love minis know quite a few people with them...

If i could find a cheap enough 1 in good condition i would definitly buy it.

there was a few minis at york race way y'day..

one had an A series block with 16v head and a turbo, and some minted pipe work
