cooling problem

hey i own a 1.7td izuzu and im having a problem with the cooling it seems as there is a blockage but not 100% sure. Whats happening is that the water is going down and then pulsing back out of the expantion bottle and not geting round the engine but the water is still boiling :confused: can any one help :thumb:

Thermostat jammed shut maybe

hey i tried putting a new rad on the car and removing the thermastat and managed to stop the water pulsing back out now its just steaming abit i dont no if this is right and just one of thoes things but no signs of gask/head going at all no water out of exhaust no water in the oil no gunk on the oil cap the car does not spluter when oil cap is removed and to make things worse the temp gage dont work :confused: :confused: :confused: any thing eles i can try
