looking at fitting a better cam in my gte, what i would like to know is what sort to go for?
its a standard bottom and top end,but will have fse valve,induction.4 branch and straight through exhaust.

take the fse off and throw it away. get a weber rising rate FPR (2wd cossie iirc)

sticking on std management will need a fairly mild cam, which almost negates the point but its doable.

the kent NVO series are designed for use with injection engines. and im sure there are some catcams grinds that would be good.

i dont think you want to go much above 265degrees in duration.

The std management limits your cam options. 270deg is the max i'd go.

A kent nvo series as Stu said. Not really worth it imo tho, the gain is not worth the cost.

Save your money and get larger valve conversion and flow work done on the head. Then you can fit a much better cam

yeah i was thinking about this as been looking at other thread about autosprint,
looking into it now just looking for another head to get the work done on.
