xe 'box catching tie bar

hey lads fiiting my new suspension today i noticed that the gearbox had been catching the tie bar, its a lug on the bottom of the box, anybody else have this problem? can i just grind back the lug abit? what could be causing that? cheers.

Either that or fit some lowering blocks to the tie bar mounts. I am selling some rose jointed tie bar mounts on Ebay at the mo which comes with the lowering blocks.
