hi all i bought novarallys 1.6 8v gsi engine with these mods

Gasflowed Big Valve cylinder head
FSE uprated fuel pressure regulator
Piper high lift camshaft
Piper Vernier camshaft pulley (anodised red)
Magnecor KV85 Competition Silicone HT leads
K&N cone air filter kit
Superchipped ECU

i fitted the engine into a corsa and well its not a quick as i first thought

i was thinkin of going down some diffrent tuning routes but i want max performance

whats the best. single 40, twin 40s, bike carbs, after market managment,

any help with lots of info to go with

Its not as quick as you thought because the only mods that will make the slightest difference is the cam(depending on spec), and head(depending whats been done)
They rest just sound/look good.

so if i go the carb route single or twin 40 or should i get single or twin 45

and do i just strip the injection and ecu out

and get a dizzy off an early 1.4 or 1.6 carb engine

what the best way to make a manifold for the carbs

1.4SR ignition setup.

Twin 40 carbs

You can buy a twin carb inlet off the shelf.

megasquirt or a 2nd hand injection capable DTA/MBE and get that mapped up properly...

and thow the FSE in the bin and get a REAL FPR

how much is megasquirt as i can only find info on what it dose and how much is it to be fitted ruffly

bike carbs will give a good result on a 1.6

megasquirt is DIY, some places fit it but then it costs more and isnt really the spirit of MS.

its about ?160 for a kit or about ?250 fully built and tested (then it needs mapping but then carbs would need an RR setup so it makes no odds on that front)
