Cheers guys, can always rely on you lot.

The info was needed for mike on his 1.6 turbo.

He replaced the pump the other day with a let one and grabbed this of my Ashtray (yes it's still hear lol) as his was leaking.

The car pulls allot better with the let pump on but it's got some sort of misfire/stutter @3200-3500rpm:confused:

Ill tell him to get covered in fuel again then and bin it lol

If its gaps it will do it soon as it reaches a certain boost an then pop an bang, put will still rev if you go slow.

Yeah that about right Phil it gets to 3500rpm then splutters bangs like a gun going off flings you to the other side the road and once it happens it's fine an will pull right on through rest of the way.

I have noticed though when in gear and backing of the rev counter drops at the same rpm levels so i though it might be a sender/sensor
