If you can't get recommendations, go to the bodyshops and ask to see some of their work. The state of the premises themselves could be a good indication of the type of establishment too.
Also, see if they're approved repairers to an insurance company. If they are, then it's likely that their work is of a high standard, although many may be unwilling to depart from insurance-type work (and deal with modified cars), as unfortunately that is where most of the money is. Unless they're the daddies and get a lot of coverage in the modified car press. Max Towel, Fart Car, and the rest.

also i think honda do a good respray for a good price.very high standard cos sum bastard hit my dads car and it had to be resprayed. they did a perfect match to a weird colour.
