who do people use for cheap 2nd car

what insurance companys do people use for a 2nd car thinking of dry storing the nova over winter and ive been offered a cheap polo gt now dont want to pay mega amounts but dont want to cancel the insurance on the nova incase something happens

HIC, classic policy should see you good if you're not going to be using the Nova that much.

Best option - assuming your Nova insurance isn't due to expire anytime soon - would probably be to transfer the insurance from the Nova over to the Pooloo and reinsure the nova on a new policy. Keeps your NCB on your "main" car then.
