tbh i dont no were to start, i picked up total vauxhall in work 2day and i had to go home to get some new boxxers!!! This guy is amazing, his car is awsome. The attention to detail is amazing and the little added extras that no one would even think of doing, like the double dash for example. There are some things that i dont understand tho, the head- unit in the sun visor, now is that just a built in holder for the face or can the stereo be controled from there? Just wanted to say well done mate you have one of the nicest novas ive seen and i hope after this first year that you make the most out of that powerplant. Tom (eastbourne racer):thumb:

yeah he is extremely handy lol and the car is a work of art, the head unit in the sun visor does work as it would on the head unit but that hidden out the way

It looks fab on the shelves in SMITHs. I've been in a few times & Joff's Nova is just staring at me off the shelf.
Credit to him, he must be chuffed.
where is the novaload feature? can u put a link cant find it

He doesnt appear to have loaded a feature into 'turbos' unless its still in SR's maybe?
Otherwise check Joff's WIP rebuild diary in 'projects'.

its a bit ott. cant the passenger simply glance over at the speedo? instead of putting two dashes in? it looks stupid. would of looked ace with a flocked mk2 dash in. that bonnet vents a cracker aswell, looks like some ones put a toast rack on the bonnet, i have a spare standard 1 if you want it? the engine work looks really nice though, but you really need dull the car down a bit though, else max power will be wanting to feature it soon.

you are obviously not a great believer of pushing boudaries and dont know the meaning of unique.

every one is entitled to their opinion at the end of the day!
im not keen on the dashes or the mesh, but its the good old' its Joffs car and if he likes it etc... i deffo appreciate the hard work and effort thats gone it! fair play!:thumb:

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, if you banned everyone that said they didn't like something you would hardly have anyone on this site!
TBH I am not a fan of this car either, it is way too over the top for my taste and pointless but it does show what can be done if you put your mind to it. I don't really see what is 888 about(Apart from being the same colour) it as it has nothing to do with the BTCC or anthing that 888 are involved with.
I prefer the standard look or a more motorsport stripped out theme but thats my opinion & I hope I don't get silenced by some narrow minded individual for having one!

Quite amusing comments when you consider the stereo typed Nova from this site is usually, some form of fibreglass body kit, badly spedded 17" wheels, a 1.2 Spi power plant & either cheap bucket seats or std poverty spec seats.
Everything about Joffs car is superior to the average badly modded Nova. I dont think its Awesome, but then I'm not going to cast my opinion on it when tbh I couldnt do better!

BUT when i spoke to joff at pv and had a good look round it i fell in love with the amount of work thats gone in to it!!!

you need to calm down! no i dont know quite how much works been put into it, im sure ive got more of an idea than you though mate. he could off put all the extra effort some where else though, look at krobinsons project for example! (now every 1 read that guys post, out loud in a scottish accent)

It is getting a little boring now eh! Regardless of wether people like Joff's Nova or not, he is being congratulated for his hard work and to the high standard the car is finished to. IMO he has done a good job, so well done :)
