motorsport bumper help

hi ppl please could anyone help me ive been lookin all over for the motorsport bumper some people call it the kc or something its the one that looks a bit like a scooby bumper can anyone tell me where i can order it from or what web site i can find it on any help is all welcome thanks ben:) :)
