I think Mikey Sr had 90ish on a 1.4.

Not sure on the maximum, as not a lot of people use them.

89bhp on a Standard 1.4 engine is what i've got on two RR's. I'd say with a big valve head, cam and some jetting, it would see over 100.

I had 102bhp from my 1.4 sr, which did have quite abit of work done to it. Head, cams, exhaust, manifold etc.

I've got a print out from Novatech for the 1400SR I had. Cant remember the fig but was 100 & something (105 maybe) That had the 32/34 w/K&N & Jetex system, set up at Novatech. I'd imagine it mightve been cammed to get that figure.

95 @ 5250rpm(flywheel), on an sri block with 1.3 head, and a piper 285 cam. The only two ways I could get more out of it would have been by boring-out the carb or fitting the sri head back on and changing to T40's, the camshaft needed a lot more air than the standard 32/34 could deliver.
