how is the best way to roll the arches??
is it a DIY job or will that end in tears?
I smacked mine up inside the arch with a hammer with a piece of wood rested on the outside. However it rippled the arch ever so slightly so a skim of filler + paint was required.
same as above, had to fill the arches after. you could always grind them back but make sure you treat the metal after
buy the proper tool or go to a body shop IMO
the proper tool in action

a bodyshop will do it for about ?30-40 an arch. if your gonna try ity yourself (not reccomended) heat the arch up with a hair drier or heat gun to warm the paint up so that it dosent crack when you "attempt" to roll them, but best get it done proffessionally!

You can roll the arches yourself eaisly, as said above heat them up a bit with a hot air gun which helps stop the paint cracking, then using a panel beating hammer and a dolly tap the lip of the wheel arch upwards, to fold it over, apply lots of pressure with the dolly inwards at the same time to stop the metal rippiling or denting, on the fronts i cut several little notches into the arch lip to help it fold over all the way around, if you havnt got a dolly use a brick wrapped in a towel to stop it from scratching the paint, make sure that you paint some underseal inside the wheel arch where you have folded the lip upwards to stop it rusting. hope this helps you.

DO NOT GRIND THEM
1. Its such a bodge
2. the spot welds for the bottom of the 1/4 panel at on the lip

as above, give it a few months and the metal around the rear arches will be rotten and need replaced as the water/dirt/grime gets in between the inner and outer arch and rots it

on my old nova they were flared out wha a good mod it was too
mine were grinded, then covered liberally in semi-structural seam sealent. stuff dries rock solid so if you cover the ares it gives enough protection.
edit: not grinded all the way back mind, only been dropped 35mm. it was just the wide tyres causing problems.
