Window Seal?

Im currently trying to get my old sr back on the road, but while its been standing, some scum bag tried breaking in. No damage was done, apart from the rear side window being taken out, via cutting the seal. So i have the window, intact, but i need a seal. If i get one from a scrappy, is it going to need to be cut, thus making it useless? If so where could i get one? Also hows the best way to seal it, since i dont fancy it falling out!
