gear knob and gaitor for mk2 nova

Hi i'm after the above for my mk2 sri nova. Not bothered if the gear knob is standard or if its an after market job as long as it doesn't come off like the one in my car which the **** of a previous owner fitted. Pics and price with approx postage cost would be ideal. Cheers:thumb:
